Currently, I am working as a research doctoral fellow at Center for ProteoGenome Research (CPGR), Korea University, Seoul, South Korea. I was Vice President and core committee member of ISCB regional student group (RSG – India). Completed my B.S in Biochemistry with Applied Biotechnology from University of Madras and M.S in Bioinformatics from Bharathidasan University, Further, I also finish my M.Phil in Biotechnology with Allied Bioinformatics from Vinayaka Mission University. I acquired Post M.Sc Advanced Diploma in Molecular Diagnosis (Post MS. ADMD) (DBT, Govt of India, New Delhi), PGDCA (Biosoftware)., (Bharathidasan university) PGDMLT (Medical Laboratory).,(IMLTC, New Delhi).
I've experience of working as Teaching assistant/ Guest Lecturer in department of Biochemistry, Bharathidasan University also I was a research project guide in iPro Technologies Pvt Ltd. Additionally, I was Assistant professor in the department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at Bishop Heber College,simultaneously. I was a visiting Scientist at Dr. GVN Cancer Hospital and Research Institute working on Cervical Cancer patients diagnosis and Nuclear medicine trainee. Before joining as doctoral Fellow, I was visiting scientist for Mass spectrometry based proteomics projects at Korea University.
I have been a recipient of Prestigious award and scholarship to my credit from Brain Korea 21 (BK21 Scholarship) 2010 – present, Graduate research student scholarship from Korea University 2011 – currently receiving. During my stay in India I was a recipient of DBT Govt of India Fellowship for studying Post M.Sc., ADMD and secured (All India Rank 02) and Dr.Rohini Billiyappa’s Prize for Best Proficiency in Sports and Studies.
